Technology in education has become a strong focus within Maitland Public School. The school has a wide variety of educational devices that it uses in different areas of the school.
The class uses the Windows platform on all computers and utilises the main components of the Windows interface system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Picture Manager and Internet Explorer. Students are able to research on the Internet and show their findings through technology publishing programs. Our school has interactive white boards, Connected classroom, an iPhone and iPad that children have access to enhance their learning.
