The debating team is trained and coordinated by Mrs Carolyn Sharkey. Students can try out for the team. Those that are successful train and then have the opportunity to debate against other schools.
Public Speaking
Students can be selected to enter public speaking competitions. Classes within the school hold small public speaking competitions where students must prepare and deliver a speech. Those that are selected form this process are then trained by Mrs Carolyn Sharkey and they compete against students from other schools.
