Ordering
- Please check that your child’s name is on the order form & envelope, and that the correct payment is enclosed.
- Return orders in clearly marked, secure envelope to classroom teacher in Communication Folder by due date please.
- It can take 7-10 working days from order date for orders to be delivered.
Payments
- Make cheques payable to Scholastic Australia.
- Credit Card payments are made by phoning Scholastic and writing the number given to you on the back of the order form.
- Cash in the exact amount please.
Refunds/Returns · If you require a refund or need to return an item, contact Scholastic directly. The phone number is: 1800 021 233.
Unavailable items/Back orders If items are unavailable Scholastic will do one of the following: - Send a replacement item if that item is no longer available.
- Send a Credit Voucher, that can be used next order or to get a refund.
- Send an advice saying the item is on back order and will arrive on a stated date. Sometimes this can be several weeks. There will be extra copies of the brochures in the Office. Deliveries can be made to the office. If you do not wish your child to see the order, just write this on the order/envelope. If you have any questions regarding book club please feel free to contact me through the office.
