Agenda - The Learning Support Team will work collaboratively with school executive, teachers and parents to identify students experiencing difficulties in any aspect of school. Working together, The Learning Support Team will provide a consistent scheme to - recognise students that need extra support - organise meetings regarding support and concerns - develop individual learning plans and behaviour management plans - determine a timetable for student assessment - apply for funding and support for individual students - ensure that all plans made for each student are followed through.
 
Procedure - Classroom teacher or parent recognises a student having difficulties in a particular area - Classroom teacher or parent applies for assistance by filling in a LST referral - LST regards referral in a LST Meeting and decides on appropriate action.
