Year 6 go to the Great Barrier Reef

The students were able to ask questions and look closely at marine life and learn about their roles in the ecosystem. The students responded positively to the experience and are now able to use this knowledge to further assist their learning in various HSIE and Science and Technology areas that will be taught throughout the year. This virtual excursion was a great teaching and learning experience which allowed students to actively engage in one of Australia's most valuable resources.
